We have already selected Native Skateparks as our design/build firm, but we supply this list as a resource for others.
Get acquainted with the process of building a skatepark by checking out the websites of some skatepark companies. Look over their online portfolios and get inspired.
Note: The companies here on this list are not endorsed by skateleadville, but serve instead as examples of some of the park builders and the physical process of skatepark building.
To have clear communication with any skatepark builder, be sure to send out an RFQ (Request for Qualifications or an RFP (Request for Proposal). Once you receive your packets from the different vendors, review the received information and start formulating your interview questions with your prospective vendors. Most importantly, understand what your needs are so that you hire the best vendor for your community.
Here are some user reviews of Colorado skateparks; have a look when you get the chance.

- COSkate.com – They provide skatepark info, and other Colorado skate related resources.
- America’s Top Ten – This site rates everything like hiking trails, beaches…and yes, even skateparks.
