Go Skateboarding Day – Go Skateboarding Day, held on June 21 every year, is the official holiday of skateboarding. The holiday began June 21, 2003 as an excuse for skateboarders to make skateboarding their top priority.

International Association of Skateboard Companies – The mission of the IASC is to represent the global skateboarding community as a united force by listening, understanding and acting on the needs of skateboarders and the skateboard industry.

Rob Dyrdek Foundation – Founded in 2003, the Rob Dyrdek Foundation seeks to create healthy communities by promoting and providing the inherent benefits of skateboarding to all facets of society.

Skate Pass – Their mission is to bring skateboarding into schools across the world to address the growing trend of alternative activities; which includes individual creative expression, cooperation, and friendship.

Skaters for Public Skateparks – SPS is a non-profit skatepark advocacy organization, international in reach, dedicated to providing the information necessary to ensure safe, rewarding, freely-accessible skateparks that are available to all skateboarders.

The Patrick Kerr Skateboard Scholarship – The Patrick Kerr Skateboard Scholarship is the first college scholarship fund in the United States for skateboarders.

The Tony Hawk Foundation – Through special events, grants, and technical assistance, the Foundation supports recreational programs with a focus on the creation of public skateboard parks in low-income communities.
